STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
Customers must raise a return request within 2 days of delivery.
Returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:
Product is damaged or defective
Wrong item has been delivered
Product has a quality issue
The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact.
Customers must provide a valid unboxing video or clear photos as proof while requesting a return.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
Request made after 2 days of delivery
Product has been used or washed
Damage caused by the customer
No proof (video/photos) provided
Once the return is approved:
A replacement or refund will be issued
Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or UPI
